I am a qualified coach, mentor, teacher and education advocate.
Back in 2016, I left the teaching profession after 20 years, working in schools, and universities. As an adoptive parent, I needed to be at home full time to support my family. I knew that I wouldn’t return to teaching, that I wanted a new career, and was ready for new experiences.
After a year or so of purely focusing on family, I began working for a leading adoption charity, and the local authority, supporting parents with coaching, mentoring and training.
Utilising my experience as an adoptive parent, advocating for my own children's additional needs, and my knoweldge and understanding as a teacher, I have been able to support many families in Yorkshire.
I am now delighted to be in private practice offering coaching mentoring and education advocacy to families needing support.
